The state of Ohio issues both resident and non-resident permits for those who qualify. Only individuals who work in Ohio can apply as a non-resident.
Keep in mind that if carrying in another state, you must adhere to that state's laws, including age requirement for concealed carry.
The State of Ohio accepts all Concealed Carry Permits from other states. If you have a valid permit from your home state, Ohio will honor it.
