The state of Nebraska will only issue permits to residents, with the exception of active military permanently stationed in Nebraska and their spouses.
Nebraska concealed carry permits are honored in the 33 states listed below:

Keep in mind that if carrying in another state, you must adhere to that state's laws, including age requirement for concealed carry.
