The State of Maryland will issue permits to both residents and non-residents.
Maryland concealed carry permits are honored in the 25 states listed below:

- Kentucky
- Michigan (resident permit only)
- Mississippi
- Missouri
- Montana
- New Hampshire
- North Carolina
- Ohio
- Oklahoma
- South Dakota
- Tennessee
- Texas
- Utah
- Vermont
- Virginia
- West Virginia
- Wisconsin
Keep in mind that if carrying in another state, you must adhere to that state's laws, including age requirement for concealed carry.
