The state of Colorado will only issue permits to residents, with the exception of active military permanently stationed in Colorado, and their immediate families.
Colorado concealed carry permits are honored in the 34 states listed below:

Keep in mind that if carrying in another state, you must adhere to that state's laws, including age requirement for concealed carry.
