The state of New Mexico will only issue permits to residents, with the exception of active military permanently stationed in New Mexico and their dependents.
New Mexico concealed carry permits are honored in the 33 states listed below:

- Delaware
- Florida (resident permit only)

Keep in mind that if carrying in another state, you must adhere to that state's laws, including age requirement for concealed carry.
